Unripe plum, product of Nara prefecture is carefully pickled in genuine and elaborately blended shochu. We cannot produce this umeshu on a large scale but we wish that you can feel our spirit through water, local-grown plum and our brewery’s shochu. We produce it seriously without any compromise.
